Property document copy: You will need to provide a letter from your current housing colony that states you as the owner or if it is a share house, an allotment letter. It should also be attested by either an Oath Commissioner or Notary Public for accuracy.

 

The applicant assures that there is no electricity connection installed at the location being requested and they do not have any overdue debts. But if LESCO finds any pending dues later, the applicant will be bound to pay those first.

If there is more than one owner of a property, you need to either present a power of attorney from the other person or multiple people who hold the property as well as issue a transfer application.

If the applicant is a renter, they do not need a cooperation certificate from the property owners.
